Greenway Views® is a Seniors’ Living® village development in Canberra, comprising 380 purpose-built apartments, charming cafe, onsite grocer, state-of-the-art auditorium, restaurant, bar and specialty services including barbers, beauty salon and Allied Health/GPs. With so many features to highlight, Immex created multiple 360 tours (captured by Tracy Ryan ) and our first document-sharing feature. Given the nature of the aged-care sector, there was extensive collateral that needed to be hosted and easily shared with clients, depending on their specific needs. Immex created a solution that simplified this process so that users could easily navigate all key features without the overwhelm often associated with trying to choose a seniors’ living provider. This online sales suite also meant that LDK could continue to service new clients throughout the pandemic and its lockdowns.
